Regarding your Prizes June 7th not received, can you make a new request to Customer Service specifying the Prizes not received? I have informed our Customer Manager so that a check can be made as soon as possible.

bjr, I received my Prizes this morning sent on June 15. Problem: the 15 euros check is missing.
2nd problem: I still haven't received the Prizes sent on June
