Indeed, bugs can occur during the games played... much to our dismay... 😥
As you say Milie, we are compensated when we call on customer service.

So that these bugs do not become the usual routine, I renew my advice, namely to play your games outside of "peak" hours (from 12 to 2 p.m. it's horrible!, from 5 to 8 p.m. is not better and finally, 00h (midnight "the hour of crime", better not be around! 😂) That's outside of these time slots, you will encounter a lot fewer bugs than before (with all the same 1 or 2 bugs here and there but nothing too bad)

Hi, I can't answer you but I regularly contact customer service to let them know and they refund the parts normally.
I'd like to know as much as you do why it doesn't work.
