if you have snapfish in your empty computer all that your cd cookie inside that prevents the connection to madwin it worked for it's been months that I could not play anymore

I have had this kind of problem with some games and/or other controls, it is often microswitch off at the server (Modem), if you have a game console with wireless remote controls, connected to your modem, it is the cause at 50%, otherwise, other possible problems are nearby transmitters like...
- Some wireless phones.
- Remote control of games using the same frequencies.
- A neighbour using a remote control....
But if you are connected directly, it can be a computer virus!
The palette is wide! And so many other possibilities that I don't know.
