and yes, I am the godmother and despite 3 messages to customer service, not only did I not receive a gift but I do not even receive an answer to my messages. The only answer I got to the first message was a copy and paste or almost a copy and paste of the sponsorship rules, but I was given no other explanation. I don't understand it

if your sponsor hasn't received anything it's not normal...I'm a sponsor and apparently I'm going to receive a gift...notify customer service they will regularize...they're very helpful...kisses
