They are sent by post against delivery of signature. As for the guarantee, in case your item does not work, you should send it back to madwin who will send you another one. In case of loss you will have to wait for madwin to do some research! I speak about it with full knowledge of the facts because I have to go through this. In addition madwin asks me to file a complaint against the post office but for their information it is not up to me to do it but to them;
I hope that this problem will be solved quickly and that madwin will do everything to achieve it!
