in the case of "large" packages, we send the checks separately, so as not to delay the shipment. Indeed, the issuance of cheques takes a little longer. Thus, we immediately send the package without check, then the check alone a few days later in simple mail. The cheque is made payable to the winner, so no one can cash it for you. So you should receive your check in the coming days. If you have any concerns, do not hesitate to contact Customer Service.

I sometimes receive my parcels sometimes no but in general, the missing parcels are redirected by the Madwin team so no problems for the moment, on the other hand have people here already received cheques? I am not in my packages, whereas on the win sheet, attached to the package, it is stipulated that I received 5 cheques while they do not appear inside the package!!!!
Is there an order on the cheques so that no one can cash them?
I expect 5 big checks and I'm afraid I'll never receive them when they put them on the earnings list received in the package but they're not there!!!! How to do this?
