SLT to exchange must do it before the validation you go in earnings tracking and if there is exchange as an option in front of your gift c voucher!! a bintoit

Hello everyone, I am V.I.P. Platinum and I would like to exchange my winnings for Madpoints but I can't find this option on my "Earnings Tracking" screen. Is it because the win is pending? must it be validated? if not, how do I exchange my winnings?
