transformed 560 credits into turns. I turned this wheel and I had 4 times the error 1001. I have just made a request to the customer service department but if someone has already encountered this problem, I would like an answer from them as to why this error is occurring 😲 And

I also got this message but I never noticed any consequences afterwards. So I didn't call customer service.

I also had this problem but after checking my history, I could see that my points had been credited. It also happened that the towers were not removed. This problem has never hurt me.
