Hello
since soon 15 days I can no longer revalidate my gifts on madwin in the raffle window, I make a request with the desired points and the next day on gifts or expensive for several days to validate the raffle I can no longer do it because it tells me that I already have valid and what is necessary because I only do it once. ex for the flex clock you need to validate for 3 days and well I can only validate once because it marks me that I have already played 😵 I have already written twice to customer service and I still do not have an answer could help

Indeed, in recent days, the rule concerning the validation of Tombola Showcases has been modified. It doesn't change anything for some gifts (bookmark, loving hand, make-up set or manicure...) with daily prints, but for the rest, you can only validate one request per gift regardless of the date of the draw.
