It's true that these pop-up messages are annoying... there's not a simple little x in the corner that would allow you to close them... you absolutely have to follow the link so that the window closes... but as you say I wasn't able to close it either and I had to give up my part!!!

I can find the free batch cache by clicking on the banner that appears and where it is marked: not to be missed and below: trend. When you click on the last number (there are 5 at the moment on Cadovillage) you come across the batch cache. It's the same on the other sites: Madwin and Quoverbis. But it's true that at first, it was a mess.
At the moment, it is the pop-up windows that open when connecting and that I can't close because the message doesn't register, so I have nothing to continue and I don't have access to the site.
Sometimes it works, so I don't despair.

I know how to click on the tab''Free Games''' and obviously I can read, write and look with both eyes! The FREE Batch Cache game is not there, it's not because you didn't search!

On the other hand yesterday I managed to play it because in the "Trends" that appear, a player had won something there so I was able to click on it and succeed in playing it but if I want to go back there I have no way. I even saved the game link in my favorites and when I try to open it it reports to me on the Free Games tab.

Anyway, thanks for trying, but I'm going to let go 😉

Hello

there is no difference between Quebec and any other country, our site is exactly the same no matter where you consult it from. Click on the "Free Games" tab and you will see it appear among the other games.

No No No!!! It's still not solved! The game is not displayed on the site and I STRONGLY believe that it is because I am on the Quebec version of the site! Otherwise no explanation possible! Too bad for customer service anyway it will still be impossible for me to play it... I don't think they will change the rules for me:)

Why don't I have access to the Free Lot Cache? I don't find it anywhere! I searched every corner of the site, followed every link in people's lives, but I didn't get it! Is it because I'm on Madwin Quebec? Because I also don't have access to the Tic Tac window or the tombolas... in fact it's not that I don't have access to them but I don't have them. In any case, the regulations prohibit people from Quebec or Belgium from receiving gifts from raffles or window displays because it is supposedly "illegal" so it is normal, I don't think we can find them.

But the free Lot Cache is free so why can't I go there, or even find it on the site?!!?!!?!!
