hello to all.

my problem is that I want to exchange my 5 euro Wires won on cash island and other prizes on the games Loot in points my people tell me that its impossible because its already programmed for a shipment. I am nothing programmed. on my DreamCard Gold and well written that all the prizes won are exchangeable for points so why its so complicated...
